PSIA module in Francophone Africa (July 2003)

In July 2003 a video conference was held between Washington D.C. and francophone African countries, of which Benin, Burkina Faso and Senegal participated. The first part of the presentation available below in French introduces the concept of PSIA and the second part discusses the uses of different quantitative and qualitative tools and methods in the analyis of reforms.
