Programs

World Bank Institute's Sustainable Development Learning Program provides training and learning activities to clients outside the Bank, in close cooperation with partners, on Community Empowerment and Social Inclusion, Environment and Natural Resources Management, Rural Poverty and Development, and Water.

Communication for Sustainable Development in Operations (DevComm SDO) mainstreams communications into environmental projects by incorporating communication strategies into the project cycle and promoting effective policymaking for environmentally sustainable development.

The Development Education Program (DEPweb) helps students and teachers around the world explore the meaning of "sustainable development" through exercises, data, research, and case studies.
