World Bank's Knowledge Sharing Portal provides information about the Bank's knowledge sharing strategy and links to many of the initiatives in the Bank that generate and share knowledge.

Development Gateway
is a portal website that can be used to share information, ideas, knowledge, resources, and tools on poverty reduction and development topics.

Development E-Discussions and Communities provides links to electronic discussions, including the Bank’s Development Forum (DevForum), on issues and challenges facing the development community and the world's poor.  

Global Knowledge Partnership links public, private, and not-for-profit organizations that help people in less-developed countries gain access to knowledge and information, including modern technologies that can improve their lives.

Global Development Network encourages the exchange of development know-how through workshops, networking, research grants, and training.

Youthink is a portal to information on global issues that matter to young people, including environment, poverty, development, and conflict.

The African Virtual University (AVU) is a "university without walls" that uses modern information and communication technologies to provide countries of sub-Saharan Africa direct access to some of the highest quality learning resources throughout the world.
